In the story, Diary of a Wimpy Kid Old School by Jeff Kinney. The story is about a Boy named Greg who has a lot of problems at home with his family. Greg feels pain and lonely sometimes in the book because of how he has been in trouble at home sometimes. Greg has been trouble once but he decided to go to the school trip. Greg didn't make the right choice, but he thinks it was the only way to stay away from his dad so he couldn't really get in trouble. So, Greg can feel pain and loneliness.
Greg can feel pain, frustrated and loneliness in different ways. One of the reasons why is that is that Greg is frustrated at his dad because of how his dad was treating other kids that there was a monster in the woods and everyone was freaked out about it. But in the end of the story, he was proud that it was over about the monster thing. One other reason is that Greg was lonely on the trip. He didn't want to go, but he had to because of how he didn't want his dad to be really mad at him. He went on the trip on purpose. The final reason is that Greg had been in pain since he didn't like the trip that much because he knew the trip was trash. and he also didn't want to plan it too.
This connects into the world because every person can make mistakes and everyone who wants to get away from it goes somewhere else and doesn't really want to get in trouble. So this is how in the story Diary of the Wimpy Kid Old School is about a boy named Greg who has a lot of problems in his life.
